PROGRAMS

Through a long-term partnership with Saint Paul Public Schools, GAP School helps youth at high-risk of school failure complete their high school diploma in an environment better tailored to meet their strengths and needs. GAP School is a State-Approved Alternative Program (SAAP) that serves youth behind in academic skills, experiencing mental health problems, pregnant or parenting, low-income or homeless, chemically dependent, English Language Learners, or who otherwise have experienced or are experiencing difficulty in the traditional education system.

State Approved Alternative High School

GAP, a contracted site of the St. Paul Public Schools, helps youth at high-risk of school dropout complete their high school diploma in an environment better tailored to meet their strengths and needs.

ABE

Adult Basic Education (ABE) provides adults ages 18 to 24 with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and an industry recognized certificate in a career pathway through a full day school program.

Career Pathways

Students within GAP School’s Alternative Senior High School and Adult Basic Education programs are eligible to enroll in our YouthBuild AmeriCorps program which serves more than 120 young adults annually.
